When we book products for you, such as the Real Dinosaurs merchandise, costumes and props, we generally do so on our own behalf. When we book services for you, such as performers to undertake the Real Dinosaurs performance for your Booking, we generally do so in the form of an agent for or on behalf of the actors, who are independent contractors to Real Dinosaurs. Generally, this means that we collect your personal information about you on our own behalf, and in some instances (as required) on behalf of the parties for whom we engage as independent contractors for their own internal reasons (e.g. to fulfil or provide the booked service(s)). Also, we use your personal information for our own internal purposes. Accordingly, the consent you provide for the collection methods and the use of your personal information by us in accordance with the details of this Policy, will therefore apply equally to the parties of which or whose product(s) and or service(s) we sell. We act on behalf of a multitude of independent contractors and every agreement that we have entered into with them are all individually based and therefore makes it difficult for us to disclose every participating product or service provider under this Policy.
